Farewell to Daniel Pierce

We at the Goyder Institute are incredibly sad to be saying farewell to Daniel Pierce who is moving on to join Flinders University as Education and Training Manager for the newly established One Basin CRC.

Daniel has worked with us as Research Program Manager since 2017, having initially joined the Institute on secondment from the South Australian Department for Environment and Water.

He has contributed enormously to the progress of the Institute, successfully managing multiple projects from inception through to delivery including assisting in the development and delivery of the significant and award-winning Healthy Coorong, Healthy Basin Trials and Investigations Program.

We all wish Daniel well on his new path and thank him for the enthusiasm and skills he has brought to the Institute. Our loss is Flinders University’s gain, and we look forward to our paths crossing in his new role.
