Do you have a passion for science and the drive to help shape the future of water research? 

We are now seeking applicants for five positions with the Goyder Institute. 

A talented Research Program Manager to join the team at our central Adelaide office. This person will be responsible for successful delivery of the Institute’s broader research program into innovative solutions to address complex water issues. 

We are also looking for skilled and dedicated team members to work at our new Coorong, Lower Lakes and Murray Mouth Research Hub where diverse perspectives and expertise will come together to deliver research focused on climate adaptation for the CLLMM region, working closely with First nations, the community, research end users and our research teams. The following positions are based in Goolwa. 

Research Hub Science Program Manager

Will ensure successful design and delivery of our ambitious research program ensuring timely delivery of quality outputs to support our ongoing efforts to protect and manage the unique Coorong, Lower Lakes and Murray Mouth region. 

Research Hub Manager

Responsible for establishing the operational framework of our new facility which is crucial to delivering the research outcomes required.  

Communication and Engagement Officer

Responsible for creating effective and innovative communications and engagement initiatives for a range of audiences, including a school education program. 

First Nations Engagement Officer

Will support First Nations involvement in the design and delivery of our science program and help us incorporate First Nations science and knowledge in the management of this internationally significant area, in a culturally appropriate way.
